Head of Growth at GlacierGrid
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to turn company goals - ARR growth, a clear path to profitability, and operational scale - into concrete plans, repeatable motions, and measurable outcomes. This is a builder role spanning strategy, revenue operations, enablement, partnerships, and product commercialization. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create focus, ship growth experiments, and make results visible and accountable.
