GlacierGrid builds temperature monitoring, HVAC control, and energy management for multi-site operators. Our customers are restaurant groups, convenience chains, and food distributors running anywhere from 5 to 500 locations. The people we work with every day are the facilities and operations leaders responsible for keeping those sites running.
We are looking for an Account Manager to own the technical side of our customer relationships, from the first technical conversation through renewal.
You work alongside our Account Executives from the first technical conversation. You run discovery on the customer's equipment and sites, build the savings case, and design a pilot with success criteria the customer agrees to in writing. During the pilot, you make sure the system is configured right and the results hold up. When the customer expands, they become your account.
After that you own 10 to 14 multi-site customer accounts. You are the person those customers call, and the person who calls them before there is a problem. You run their quarterly reviews, you know which of their sites are having a bad month before they tell you, and you are accountable for whether they renew. That includes the accounts that don't want a meeting. You find a way to review every account every quarter, and you know more than one person at each of them.
This is a hands-on role. You will inventory equipment, model savings, pull sensor data, and diagnose comfort and refrigeration issues yourself.
